Open Gym is not a one-on-one session. Walk-ins are welcome. Stop in, and perform the activities that typically cause your problems. The therapist will assess your complaints and make corrections, so that you will be able to do the activities that you were unable to do before.

You will be in a gym environment where you will be able to move, exercise and open gym workouts as you typically do while you receive manual therapy to eliminate the cause of your pain or immobility. Wear comfortable exercise clothes and athletic shoes while doing the workout.

Yes, you can use you insurance if we participate. If we do not participate, each gym session costs $65 at the time of check in. You are not limited to a set amount of time during your session. You do not need an appointment to participate. Walk-ins are welcome.
